Conselium has completed a search on behalf of Syngenta Crop Protection AG. Mr. Dominic Sheils began his role of Compliance Officer on May 1, 2013 in their office in Basel, Switzerland.
Mr. Sheils’s Responsibilities include:
• Collaborate closely with the WW Head Compliance and the Regional Compliance Officers in order to set the compliance agenda
• Create and implement a robust 3rd party due diligence program • Organize compliance training and awareness programs and roll-out and implement such programs
• Analyze policies & procedures to ensure that they are in compliance both with relevant laws, regulations and the Code of Conduct
• Respond to alleged violations of laws and regulations by evaluating or recommending the initiation of investigative procedures
• Conduct investigations into alleged acts of compliance violations and support investigations led by others
• Pro-actively identify potential areas of compliance vulnerability and risk
• Revise the compliance help-line to become a management tool for capturing and summarizing data and trends
Mr. Sheils previously held compliance positions with Baker Hughes and John Wood Group.

It is a global leader in crop protection products, including insecticides, herbicides, and fungicides.
