Conselium Completes Search on Behalf of Teva Pharmaceuticals

Conselium has completed a search on behalf of Teva Pharmaceuticals.  Mr. Redentor Romero began his role of Regional Compliance Officer-Asia Pac on 5-2-13 in their office in Singapore.

Mr. Romero’s Responsibilities include:

Creating an annual audit plan and managing the compliance audits on behalf of the Compliance Department and providing critical analysis of reports prepared by staff

  • Direct compliance investigations including the management of an appropriate database to allow for tracking and trending of investigations
  • Reporting investigative information to internal stakeholders, Compliance Committee(s) as well as government authorities
  • Manages the development, periodic review and revision of compliance-related policies and procedures
  • Leads the Asia Pac Compliance Committee – consisting of senior executives in the region – including developing agendas, preparing and presenting materials for discussion, and building consensus among committee members around Compliance Department initiatives
  • Developing, updating, and improving training materials that clearly and concisely convey relevant information
  • Effectively delivering training presentations on various compliance topics for audiences such as new employees, tenured employees, and contractors/vendors
  • Recruit and supervise 1 direct report initially

Mr. Romero was previously Compliance Counsel for AstraZeneca.
