Conselium Completes Teva Pharmaceuticals Search: Jeffery Spalding Joins Firm in Pennsylvania Office

Conselium has completed a search on behalf of Teva Pharmaceuticals. Mr. Jeffery Spalding began his role of VP Global Compliance, Anti-Corruption August 26, 2013, in the company’s office in North Wales, Penn.

Mr. Spalding’s Responsibilities include:

  • Provide global support to all Regional Compliance Officers to develop best practice solutions on FCPA compliance consisting of:

Evaluating the Global FCPA Compliance Program

Developing suggestions so the field personnel can implement proposed enhancements

Serve as investigator on any potential FCPA violations

Interact with the OIG to validate that there is a credible FCPA compliance program

Drive education and awareness on FCPA compliance

Mr. Spalding was previously Compliance Officer with Halliburton Energy and Deputy Chief Trial Attorney with the U.S. Department of Justice.
