What to expect:
• You will be responsible for the monitoring of Compliance systems and programs, including data gathering, data analytics, and performing research on current and potential Compliance initiatives.
Principal Responsibilities
• Assign, monitor, and validate Corporate Compliance training to a global workforce.
• Assist/Lead the analysis, creation, and communication of Corporate Compliance training and reporting.
• Assist/Lead the review of third-parties, including background checks, monitoring, and interactions with global sales teams to convey needs and requirements.
• Assist/Lead with drafting, editing, and finalizing documents, including Corporate Compliance policies and procedures.
• Assist/Lead in supporting and coordination of third-party audits.
• Research regulatory standards, changes, and provide analysis of those changes to the Chief Compliance Officer and Manager(s) of Corporate Compliance.
• Communicate and collaborate with the Corporate Compliance team and other internal departments to meet Corporate Compliance goals and program initiatives.
• Collect, analyze, and summarize information to prepare informative reports.
• Manage and lead assigned Corporate Compliance projects.
• Responsible for management of Corporate Compliance Inbox.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree required in Business, Finance or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Compliance or related field required.
• Demonstrated work experience using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, etc.)
o Experience with Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive a plus.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple ongoing projects.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Professional compliance and ethics certifications, or ability to obtain, such as Ethics & Compliance Initiative (ECI) or Society of Corporate Compliance and Ethics (SCCE) are preferred.
• Prior experience with e-Learning management systems, World-Check One, EthicsPoint, and/or Alessa is a plus.
This position is required to sit on-site at the Irving campus full-time.
