We will pay all relocation costs for those currently living outside the Raleigh area.

Partner with departments across the organization such as Market Access, Medical Affairs, Clinical and R&D to foster and maintain the ethical and compliant culture
Provide compliance oversight and participate in the review and approval processes of core activities
Identify potential areas of risk and following up with proposed compliant solutions
Recognize and respond to compliance issues and questions in a timely manner
Monitor and continually improve compliance reporting metrics for leadership
Manage compliance policies and procedures across the organization
Support Compliance communications inclusive of training and special initiatives - Requirements of Compliance Associate Director Include:
Bachelor’s Degree
Must have experience in a compliance role
Life Sciences background: Pharmaceuticals, Medical Device or Biotechnology
Demonstrated knowledge of regulatory/compliance requirements: Anti-Bribery Anti-Corruption, Anti-kickback Statute, False Claims Act, Sunshine Act, and other regulations
Relocation Policy for Those Wishing to move to Raleigh, N. Carolina:
Full relocation provided by client…the timing of relocation will be negotiated as we continue to navigate the current health situation
