Conselium Executive Search has completed a search on behalf of Teva Pharmaceuticals. Mr. Jeffery Spalding began his role of VP Global Compliance, Anti-Corruption Aug. 26 in their office in North Wales, Penn.
Mr. Spalding’s Responsibilities include:
- Provide global support to all Regional Compliance Officers to develop best practice solutions on FCPA compliance ….. this will consist of:
- Evaluating the Global FCPA Compliance Program
- Developing suggestions so the field personnel can implement proposed enhancements
- Serve as investigator on any potential FCPA violations
- Interact with the OIG to validate that there is a credible FCPA compliance program
- Drive education and awareness on FCPA compliance
Mr. Spalding was previously Compliance Officer with Halliburton Energy and Deputy Chief Trial Attorney with the U.S. Department of Justice.
