Conselium has completed a hire on behalf of Forest Park Medical Centers. Ms. Susan Elke began her role of Director of Compliance Feb. 25 in their Dallas office.
Ms. Elke’s rResponsibilities include:
- Develops, maintains and revises policies and procedures for the compliance program
- Develops, reviews and updates Code of Conduct to ensure continuing currency and relevance
- Develops and delivers compliance training programs
- Responds to alleged violations of rules, regulations, policies, procedures, and Code of Conduct by recommending the initiation of investigative procedures and oversees a system for uniform handling of such violations
- Identifies potential areas of compliance vulnerability and risk; develops/implements corrective action plans for resolution of problematic issues
- Expectation to supervise several compliance staff
Ms. Elke previously served as Compliance Officer UT Southwestern Medical Center at Dallas.
