Manufacturing & Distribution
Location: Madison, WI (hybrid)

We are representing an international manufacturing and distribution company in their search for two Corporate Compliance Associates.

Responsibilities:
• Reporting to the Director of Global Compliance
• Positions will be responsible for conduct data preparation, filtering, exploration, analysis and visualization to improve Enterprise Compliance Program reporting and develop presentations to communicate key Enterprise Compliance-related insights and observations to business, risk and audit stakeholders
• Detect and examine key trends and patterns within intricate datasets to highlight potential Compliance risks/vulnerabilities and opportunities
• Administer and maintain online/cloud-based Compliance and Risk Management software tools to ensure proper day-to-day functioning of the Enterprise Compliance Program
• Providing timely customer-service oriented responsiveness to stakeholders across the enterprise regarding administrative questions about Enterprise Compliance policies, procedures and processes
• The individuals will understand and adhere to legal/compliance standards included in corporate policies and accepts ownership for accomplishing existing tasks that fulfill legal/compliance requirements
• Report compliance violations when identified and provide support to global compliance leadership in follow up to those reports

Requirements:
• Essential education: Bachelor’s degree
• Compliance Experience: You must have at least 1-2 years of relevant experience from an in-house compliance role, including some focus on data management
• You should have a solid understanding of and experience in Excel for generating reports and statistics
• You should have strong analytical abilities to compile, structure, examine and present substantial data sets with precision and thoroughness and evaluate data to derive meaningful, actionable insights
