Director Compliance Monitoring –expectations first 12 months:
- Develop strategic monitoring plan that is both preventative and proactive
- Start implementation of monitoring plan inclusive of gaining cross functional support of both operations and other corporate support functions
Director Compliance Monitoring Responsibilities:
- Develop & implement compliance monitoring programs for US Commercial and Sales
- Identify promotional practice and related risk areas by assessing the execution of existing compliance programs
- Communicate with Business Partners on field-level activities to keep abreast of emerging issues at the regional level
- Identify gaps in sales and marketing team training programs through monitoring activities
- Develop of tools and resources to support the collection of data and analytics to support real-time monitoring
- Partner with internal teams for the ongoing management, improvement and monitoring of compliance programs
- Develop reports and presents findings for stakeholders
- Stay abreast of changes to laws and regulations with healthcare compliance related to promotional activities
Director Compliance Monitoring Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree…advanced degree preferred
- Industry experience: Prefer in-house experience in Biotech, Pharmaceutical or Medical Device company; receptive to professionals working in consulting who service life science companies
- Technical experience: Must have demonstrated experience in building or enhancing a monitoring program…this includes the strategic and implementation components
- Systems experience: Must have demonstrated experience in identifying systems enhancement opportunities and the working with internal/external resources to manage the delivery of new systems
Director Compliance Monitoring Relocation Policy:
