We are representing a global pharmaceutical company in their search for an Ethics and Compliance Operations Lead.

Responsibilities:
• Reporting to the Global Head of Ethics & Compliance Operations and managing a team, you will contribute to the design,
implementation and continuous improvement of an effective compliance program globally
• You will provide operational compliance support and leadership to business partners for global initiatives impacting the Ethics and Compliance Program, culture and practices
• Lead and coordinate support and response to corporate colleagues across all global business units on all matters related to healthcare compliance, identifying potential gaps through risk assessments
• Providing support to implement adapted frameworks to equip people for delivering business objectives with confidence and integrity
• Drive risk assessments for Ethics & Compliance in assigned departments, ensuring that key stakeholders are informed of relevant risks and implementing remediation plans in collaboration with Leadership
• Partner with assigned units to close gaps in internal standards to ensure compliance to highest standards and equip people to deliver on business objectives with integrity and confidence
• Working with relevant internal stakeholders to deliver awareness education, policies and procedures training, and other necessary training programs to internal and external business partners
• Provide advice and guidance to the business on ethics & compliance matters, including identified risk areas and interactions with healthcare stakeholders
• Actively engage with business leadership team in assigned units in driving the tone from the top in integrity
• Leveraging communication cascade to the organization to maintain a high level of awareness of ethical business conduct
• Champion speak-up, transparency and a culture of integrity throughout the organization
Requirements:
• Essential Education: Bachelor’s degree
• Experience: You must bring substantial and demonstrable compliance and ethics experience in pharmaceuticals, biotechnology or medical devices
• You must demonstrate exposure to effective people management
