Senior Director – Compliance Monitoring & Investigations Responsibilities:
- Conduct annual compliance risk assessment and lead the development of mitigation plans
- Develop the auditing and monitoring plans, overseeing the execution of these activities
- Administer the investigations process, including management of the hotline and investigations
- Manage all investigations and related processes
- Conduct monitoring of Sales, Marketing, Medical Affairs, and R&D activities
- Develop and implement corrective action plans in partnership with leadership
- Manage live and online auditing & monitoring, including metrics and reporting
- Recognize and respond to compliance issues in a timely manner; following up to resolve and improve processes
- Supervise, manage, and direct the work of direct reports
Senior Director – Compliance Monitoring & Investigations Requirements:
- BA/BS degree
- Experience in pharmaceutical/biotechnology corporate compliance roles with progressive experience within compliance monitoring, auditing, and investigations (conducting investigations is critical)
- Demonstrated experience with detecting trends/patterns related to auditing, monitoring, and investigations
- Demonstrated knowledge of regulatory, compliance requirements, including anti-kickback statue, False Claims Act, FCPA, Sunshine Act, and other regulations
- Experience managing direct reports
- Ability to travel up to 40% as needed
