The position of Senior Manager Compliance is newly created to head the compliance function for our newest division and will report directly to the Deputy Chief Compliance Officer.

Senior Manager Compliance Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a risk assessment including ranking of risks and identification of risk mitigation plans
- Align the Compliance program with the 7 elements of an effective compliance program
- Assist in developing and implementing policies and procedures designed to mitigate risk
- Develop and deliver training and communications
- Promote awareness of the Compliance Program
- Work with the Global Compliance Monitoring and Auditing Director to monitor compliance to policies & procedures
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders- Legal, HR, Internal Audit, Finance, Commercial and Supply Chain to identify, mitigate and resolve compliance matters
- Assist in compliance investigations, inspections and audits
- Participate in the development of the compliance budget
Senior Manager Compliance Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree is required
- Thorough knowledge of the 7 Elements of a Compliance Program, FCPA and UK Bribery Act
- Experience preferred from in-house pharma or med device company, but we will also consider other industries in addition to professionals from a law firm or consulting firm
- Ability to travel up to 25% inclusive of international travel
