Expectations first 12 months:
- Learn the business and establish yourself as a trusted advisor to executive team and US and international operations leaders
- Conduct an ongoing company-wide risk assessment, identify key areas of focus, recommend and implement processes and procedures as required
- Successfully deploy online compliance training program
- Launch a thoughtfully constructed Third-Party Due Diligence system
Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute compliance, ethics and privacy functions for the global business
- Oversee a comprehensive strategy and operational approach to establish a culture of accountability and compliance across all business groups and functions
- Conduct risk assessments develop policies and procedures as needed
- Develop and lead compliance training
- Develop company-wide communications and analytics strategies
- Manage and review compliance helpline, ensuring a responsive and process driven approach to potential and actual violations as necessary
- Collaborate with other groups on various compliance related special projects
- Lead implementation of compliance requirements for privacy function both internally and third-parties, covering HIPAA and GDPR standards
- Establish a supplier diversity program; Provide training and a knowledge base for questions regarding diversity
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree
- Compliance, ethics and privacy certifications such as CCEP, CIPP and CIPM
- Experience managing international compliance issues at a global firm
- You will demonstrate a strategic and operational focus, including building elements of a compliance program, successful implementation and daily operation
- You are open to domestic and international travel as required
