Manager, Global Compliance Operations

We are working with a fast growing global medical device company in their search for a Manager, Global Compliance Operations.

Responsibilities:
- Implement best practices consistently across the regions by acting as the liaison for Regional Compliance Officers
- Creatively manage the development of the global compliance training and communication program/content
- Support Global Compliance activities such as: risk assessments, auditing, monitoring and investigations
- Lead development and improvement of the global compliance due diligence process
- Work to re-develop, implement and maintain the global compliance policy and procedure framework
- Assist with the global privacy program
- Up to 10% travel required
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree required
- 5-7 years of experience in Compliance
- Experience within Life Sciences industries preferred
- GDRP experience a plus
