Financial Services – Mortgage Servicing and Origination
Location: National – United States
We are representing an established and rapidly growing Mortgage Servicing and Origination business in their national search for a new member of their Board of Directors and Audit Committee.

Responsibilities:
- Attending Board meetings and Audit Committee meetings throughout the year at various US locations, including New York and Dallas
- As required, chairing Audit Committee
Requirements:
- You should bring executive level US mortgage or housing market exposure
- You should have a strong understanding of the mortgage origination and/or servicing regulatory environment
- You should have exposure to regulatory bodies, for example CFPB
- Loan portfolio investment experience is desirable
Time and travel commitment:
- You will be required to attend in person four to five Board meetings per year, and four Audit Committee meetings by phone or in person, with a total expected commitment of 14-16 days per year including preparation time
